At our November
meeting we welcomed the lovely people from Layne’s Espresso who led us in a
cupping session. We tried ‘good’ coffee and ‘bad’ coffee learned about where
coffee comes from and the process of making it.
While we were
trying the coffees and learning about the process of making a great cuppa joe.
We asked many, many questions about the wonderful drink and the lovely Dave
shone in his knowledge answering every one. Regaling us with tales of cold
water coffee and the amazing airopress.
We
all had an amazing night and with the amount of coffee we drank it stayed
amazing till the small hours of the morning.
